Just tried to assign our seats for myself, the wife and her parents for next year ATL-IST-TXL. Couldn't assign the in-laws 2D/2G as it still doesn't show up on the app or on the computer.
Called and was told by the rep that rows 2/4/6 only have 3 seats. Twitter DM useless as well.
Couldn't add our passport info either as I booked through an OTA and the website won't allow me to input it.
I guess I'll have them do it at the airport when we head to Lisbon on NYE.
Very frustrating.

But it is not accurate (talking about the seatmap), the B787 map has been incorrect since it was loaded in your system. I have flown this flight 2 times now and there are 4 seats across in rows 2 4 and 6. It is a known error that is discussed widely on the internet but no one seems to want to fix it so seats can be selected. Thank you anyway.
Them: We have forwarded the matter to our dedicated unit and after necessary checks,we're informed that the information given by our call center is accurate. Unfortunately, there are only 3 seats in row 2. Please choose another seat so that we can assist you better. Take care.
