The more I think about it the more I think I like this new accrual methodology. I still despise east coast to EU flights in F because they’re too short, but at least they earn the same number of QPs as an F flight to the west coast, and I’m all for less time in the air.
While flying to FRA to attend this event I just did the math on how much my 97800 SM this year would have been in the new Handelsblatt system: 255 P and about 245 QP, so I just about make SEN for the same amount of money & flying. Yes there are good P & A deals out there, but not everyone flies to KBP to fly a cheap fare.
