She tries to turn it down many times but the crew would make her feel so guilty and with the chinese customer only a few seats away looking at her like a lost puppy
Chinese flights have lots of Chinese based crew on them though - it's a legal requirement as part of their permit to fly there.
I'll double check but I think it's something like 50% Chinese based.
