I thought it was quite a scam to automatically (they said) charge everyone for water. To make it worse, when I mentioned it at check out and asked them for a paper receipt, they first tried removing just one of the water charges. The whole process of getting a correct bill took two people and a very long time, so it seemed to me like they were hoping that I would just go away and pay the incorrect bill.
