I meant a luxury room club millesime room. I too once booked a park view room (the standard room was sold out), and also received no upgrade, and in fact it didn't even have the park view room. The booking of a park view room is outright fraud in my opinion, because even if you receive a room facing towards the "park", you won't see it unless you look down from the window.
