Are you saying we should give them positive recognition for taking more time? I'm wondering what other options you believe they had besides taking more time. I find it difficult to "recognize" them for something in which they had no choice.
The previous poster didn’t state “positive recognition”. I took it as that we should be aware these things can take a long time and, BTW, it’s probably costing Boeing an enormous amount of money.
