me... I prefer to use words... never really found the emoji's are worth going through the hundreds that are on my phone to say what I need to say..
hey that is just me.. and besides, the only time I will ever use text for my customers is only to give them a quick update on a job... otherwise its a phone call. (they do appreciate that)
