Proper Emoji usage etiquette in DL Chats
My preferred method of contacting Delta is through FB Messenger (not sure if you can put emojis on the website chat, but you can on Twitter).

What is a good words to emoji ratio? I usually put a couple happy faces and maybe an upside down happy face, and that other face where the head looks like it will explode. Is this too much? too little? What about "lol" and "lawl" - I use those sparingly. I have never been one to use "LMAO" even in private chats.
