6:00 a.m. arrival (and departure); book extra night?

I will be staying at one of the Marriotts in Tbilisi, Georgia this month. Most flights from Europe arrive around 4 or 5 a.m. and then leave an hour later. My stay will therefore be just under 72 hours but I'm not an Ambassador elite that qualifies for Your24 (just a lowly Silver although this stay will take me to Gold).

What is the best way to figure out if I need to pay for the night before in order to access my room at 6 a.m? Email the hotel? Call the hotel? Call Marriott reservations? I will be dead tired when I arrive and will definitely want to be able to sleep some that morning.

I don't mind paying (though I also wouldn't mind not paying). I'm just curious as to how destinations where fights arrive at ungodly hours handle things and what's the best way to ensure I can get access to my room upon arrival. I also want to avoid being considered a no show if I book the night before.

Thanks in advance for any advice/experiences people can provide.
