3rd year AF posted this week, I called today direct to the retention line listed in the WIKI

$500 credit or 50K MR offered to retain the card, with no spend requirement

Took the credit, kept the card open


Contrast with my Chase Visa (WN Card) experience, no retention offers provided and they would not provide me the option to convert to a no-AF-Chase card, so I canceled on the spot.
