I had a decent stay here the first time I stayed here. I was going to give it another go now for 4 nights while in NYC, and had made a booking. I had emailed in a couple of questions, with no response, I've done this thrice. Now finally I got a response, which was curt and borderline rude. It confirms my first experience that this property has an issue with arrogant staff.. cancelling and staying at FS NYC instead.
