We had both dinner in Decanter and with Michelin Chef Francesco Gasbarro when we were there.
We liked the decanter dinner more because it was in decanter - its a much better venue for a meal and you get to socialize with other guests. We did it our first night and made friends for the week. The Michelin dinner was setup outside around the main pool so it was darker and hotter.
Food and wine from both meals was excellent.
If they're going the Michelin dinner in decanter (that was our feedback) I would definitely do it.
We also did a cooking class with Chef Gasbarro. Learned how to make gnocchi from scratch and prepared it into a few different dishes.
