I think it time (again and again) for AA to clearly either state in public that PDB are either optional or part of the service..
and if they are part of the service.. make sure every lead FA knows this, and will do it.
When you sitting in F or J , whatever AA calls it these days, that is part of the service.

Yes , I can understand that FA do tire, but we as customers should not be the ones suffering. (due to lack of thirst)
