It will be fine. I hand carry booze all the time.

Don't forget you'll have to pick up your checked bags, go through customs/MPI, deposit your bag(s) and change terminal for the domestic flight, so even if it was going to be an issue, you'd have the opportunity to put it in your suitcase.

Also, the duty free allowance is more generous than many people realise, so you could bring in 3 bottles if you like
