The kids were DEFINATELY not C passengers. The rationale for placing the second child directly behind me was to put the child and nanny near the parents and infant that had been upgraded. Therefore doubly unacceptable!

Anyway, this is the non-response that I got from CS. Do you guys think this is acceptable??
