I'm staying here now. At something like £45, it's half the price of the Hilton Garden Inn and a few £ less than the Premier Inn on Bath Road.

I got off the tube at Hounslow West and walked the 1.3 miles or along Bath Road. Couple of major road junctions to cross, but there are crossings.
McDonalds enroute, in what looks like a converted pub, should you want one

Definitely a lot of empty space in the building. Reminds me of a cross between a converted warehouse, hostel and an Ibis Budget. Very warm though (had to open the to window at night as too warm in the room and the thermostat seems to be of those that does nothing and is centrally controlled).

Check-in took 3 minutes and was easy enough at what looked more like a bar than a reception desk.

Basic room with no kettle and one bin in the bathroom, as previously mentioned.
Still got Muk toiletries in big bottles. Smell similar to those "fragrance free" body lotions.

Double bed in my room rather than two singles pushed together, but a bit soft for my liking. Only 2 pillows that seem a little lacking.
Power wise, 4 USB sockets. The two to the right hand side of my bed in room 4031 don't work. The other two above the glass shelf near the TV are fine.

Noise wise, facing the car park so there was a bit of rumbling from planes landing. More noticeable than say the PI on Bath Road where they seem to be even closer.

Lighting. They've still got that under bed light that comes on when you step onto the floor. Turns off after about a minute.

A cup in the bathroom would be useful. I can live without a kettle, but a cup is handy to get a drink of water.

No idea about food as I went to Domino's pizza about 150m down the road and Tesco next door is handy.
Still bloated after my pizza so not fit for anything else.

Gym seems a nice feature. May visit it in a bit, but not sure if it's 24/7 or what.

Ironing room. Tells you to make sure you fill the iron with water for steam, but there's no water in the room, so you need to return to your room and get some (there seems to be an empty vase / jug in the room on my floor that may be for that purpose?)
