Sounds like you may have initiated this via the Marriott website. If that's the case, you can probably use the contact form found here:

Selecting "10 rooms or more - groups/meeting facilities" under the topic tab will probably route your message to the appropriate folks. Using a simple statement like Often1 wrote is probably all you need to do.

Insider Hint: While I haven't worked at a Marriott hotel, the hotel group I did work for also provided an easy way in which to get quotes from multiple hotels in the group. Whenever the sales lead came from corporate, our hotel paid them a commission. That commission usually got tacked onto the total price. So if you're really price-sensitive, it's usually best to contact hotels directly to get the best pricing. Doing that might save your company hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
