As I understand it Star Alliance rules say I need to be on a Star Alliance operated flight (which is not the case with this leg) and Oneworld rules say the flight must be operated (yes) and marketed (no?) bei a Oneworld airline. No lounge access at all?
According to the rule, no. Whether you can try, maybe?
