One way rentals each time, payment for rental taken at counter but one way fee not taken until returned (and in second instance, fuelling charge added too)

The only receipt Hertz are sending me is for the dropoff and shows only the secondary charges - it makes a reference to the initial payment as a 'voucher' and there rental charges section is a fascinating assortment numbers which looks like I image the inside of Diane Abbot's mind, but which bears no relation to sense whatsoever

My expenses are rejected because the Total Charges box shows only the dropoff payment not the pickup, but this is the only receipt Hertz are giving me..

Any tips from seasoned Pros?
