Why do you say good luck? They're going to find every possible loophole to avoid paying me? It's 12:34 AM in Shanghai. Not sure what to do right now. Go downstairs and demand something?

The rep told me in Chinese, and I'm pretty sure I heard her clearly that I can eat at the lounge or the restaurant on the 2nd floor.

I booked the cheapest room for the night. She said I'll get the next level up. I forgot the name of the room. It's on Marriott's website. No other rooms are available as they're all booked up.
