Your account says UA Silver so you have basically the lowest priority for an upgrade (except those with no status). However, the fact you're on the last flight of the night greatly improves your chances. I don't know your travel date but I'd put your chances at 10-20%. Any other flight of the day and you'd basically have a 0% chance.
