Thats why I m not surprised today, Nik_Jr is getting his F ticket rebooked in J only and cash upgrade refunded
Well it’s happened to me & not only once, spelled it out to them that I paid for F ( via EVouchers) ) on P tickets & it’s a contract for that First Class service, HON line couldn’t breach the internal rules but they put me though to F line who completely agreed with me & rebooked me in F.
