Who to reach out to for award ticket STPC?
Hello.
I'm eyeing an award ticket from Da Nang and the earliest possible connection out of Doha for the onward destination isn't until 16 hours. This would make me eligible for STPC. However, since I've never had STPC eligibility on an award flight before, I had a couple of questions.
1. Does Qatar even offer STPC on award flights? Anything is possible I guess, they limited lounge access to Qmiles/Qcredit upgrades after all!
2. In the event that it does, which particular Qatar touchpoint should I get in touch with for the STPC confirmation? Or should I just roll up to the desk after the flight from Da Nang lands in Doha?
