Glad it worked out. However, if you were 14 mins late (still on-time by airline standards), and you would have had a 10 min wait at immigration, and a 10-min shuttle bus wait, that would've meant arriving at 9:20 AM at the easyJet gate, well within their right to deny you boarding.
