normally AC hotel have good standard in Italy (considering the low value for money level for 3/4* hotels in Italy, compared with other countries)
It is not only a mould problem, it is also a missing silicone and cleaning problem...

And no marriott bonvoy lurker has said something so far. May be it is normal so far. I am missing William!!!
