It will clash within the system and one proepety will not be able to credit the points.

Two things to note.

Make sure you advise the hotel you DO NOT wish to have the points/nights for to NOT post points.

You can, however, try to talk to someone in the hotel who is willing to help you manually process the points as courtesy points. They will not be able to grant you status nights or status points though.
