Do Golds get breakfast or lounge access here? Are the room upgrades meaningful for me and 2 older parents? I’m hoping a rollaway might be accommodated.

Any thoughts on this Courtyard compared to the Moxy or Sheraton as I’m looking to burn 2 35k night award certificates.
