Why choose Y between SIN and Europe? Business is only 15K miles more, however, availibility is low and surcharges could be high.
This is part of a bigger itinerary AU or NZ - UK, just with SIN as preferred change point. So Business would be good but availability hard to find (I have never seen it) especially for multiple people (which this trip may include).
I can't find (much) availability elsewhere in Europe either for SQ Y - maybe they only release very few Y seats? Might I get different availability if I call up?
