Does the Air Canada mobile app no longer show your status?
I'm at E75K status now. I distinctly remember my Air Canada app (on both my Android device and iPhone) having some Customer Support link for E75K members. However, I'm assuming some recent update means that this is not available within the app?
I don't see *any* way to login to the app. Clicking on Menu --> Settings only shows "Preferences" and "Notifications" along with my Personal Info. That's it - no indication of my status (and no indication of my Star Alliance Gold status as well).
This was a problem when I tried to enter a Lufthansa lounge a few days ago....the agent couldn't see any indication of Star Alliance Gold on my app, and took some time to scan my boarding pass to verify I had Gold status.
What's the deal - is this the case for everyone? Does the Air Canada app no longer show your status (and your corresponding Star Alliance status)?
