Sorry for that. I am actually not much into skiing myself, but, can you really notice from 'outside' if one or two pairs of skis are packed inside? I wouldn't have a clue myself honestly. That's why I assumed that there wouldn't be a huge issue, but apparently there could be one...

Would be interesting to get a follow-up to this thread after OP travelled to see what happened!
