I think it’s more a mould issue the one in the bath, not a cleaning issue.

Anyhow, I was not present and I don’t have any particular reason to defend this property...

I’m afraid if your stay wasn’t good.

normally AC hotel have good standard in Italy (considering the low value for money level for 3/4* hotels in Italy, compared with other countries)
