Really enjoyed our stay at Koloa Landing. As Plat, upgraded from a Studio to a 1bd Suite. I had reached out to [email protected] with upgrade request day before arrival, they promptly replied I would be upgraded if a unit was available upon check-in - when I got there the front desk noted we had been upgraded before I could ask. Also received 4pm checkout, and $30 f/b credit per day (2pp) - note there is only 1 restaurant onsite, but the credit is simply applied to your room folio, not a voucher or coupon and not limited to breakfast - we ordered lunch/drinks poolside each day which worked out fine. I think there was also an option for 1,000pts, which didn't seem nearly comparable.

Overall a great property wtih spacious, well-appointed units, loved the large pool area, not very crowded and not obnoxiously loud even with kids running around/playing/watersliding. Staff is very friendly, even by typical Hawaii standards. Nice ocean views, but note this property is across the road from the water and there's no beach directly adjacent (volcanic rocks). Poipu beach is a short walk ~1.5 blk.
