Texas de Brazil is another of the same type restaurant, same prices, same gaucho servers.

Many of the meats are rolled in a coarse salt before grilling. I also find several cuts too salty for my tastes, but all have been very good and tender. During last visit, we were told we could request little salt. Guess they desire to please their customers.

The lunch spread @ Texas de Brazil is very good and costs much less.
