Can anyone tell me, if, after I press "REQUEST SERVICES" on the app, and the only choice that comes up is, "Call Us," Does that mean mobile chat is not available for this hotel? I have used mobile chat before, and that is how I thought I got there, although it has been a while.

Mobile chat only becomes available 2 days before arrival. (Chat is discussed in the app thread.)
