I am a bit confused about access to this lounge. The LX website says

My itinerary in a little while will be PEK(CA)FRA(LH)ZRH, in C. I arrive in ZRH at 7.30am and would like a shower before heading to the office. Will I have access? (no M&M status).

(In a nutshell, arriving on LH short-haul in C).
