I think there is more than enough time*. The bus gate is at the (right) end of T4, but should not take more than 10min to reach the train to go to T4S, then transferT4-T4S, Schengen border and walk to the gate. Watch out for IB employees shouting for "pasajeros en tránsito", sometimes they can do expedited connections like BA, LH.
