It depends on what you are after. If you want privacy over anything and want to be in your own cocoon, then pick a window seat. If you might find that a bit claustrophobic and prefer to feel less closed in then an aisle is probably better. I don't think exit rows mean much in CW TBH. For aisles, better to go for the seats where no one has to step over your legs to get out (they may coincide with exit rows - I don't know - never pay attention to them in CW - I don't think many do!) but as those are right at the front of each cabin they can feel a bit too public.
Me? I would pick the windows in a heartbeat!

Thank you... Yeah both would prevent anyone stepping over me, which is why both sound attractive. The only difference I've read about the exit row is there's some sort of shell around the foot rest. I didn't expect any extra space from the exit.
I think I definitely would prefer privacy... But just how claustrophobic do the windows feel? I'm used to the reversed herringbone style or Delta One seating...BAs style is completely different from anything I've flown in.
