As has been noted many times in this forum, there is no "Globalist Line". All numbers point you to the same call center, though they may place you a little higher in the queue.

As an Explorist, I have called the "Courtesy Card Line" the last three times I've needed assistance. Nobody has ever called me out on this, nor have they ever confused me as being an actual Courtesy Card holder.
