Short answer is no.
Long answer is, there isn't such a huge savings on fuel as the current 321Ts only carry 102 passengers, lighter loads mean less fuel burn. I believe they are putting the first 321neos on longer routes specifically PHX-Hawaii. Also as AA opted for the flex option for the neos (removal of doors 2L&R with the installation of a window exit) those planes can carry more passengers than a typical 321.
