Certainly up until fairly recently, and it may still be the case, the standard credit card from Nationwide Building Society was not contactless.
There are also some journeys where Oyster is cheaper than contactless - Emirates Airlines pods and river crossings being two, I believe. For the vast majority contactless works fine, and indeed it’s some years since I needed to use my Oyster card.
