Upgrade - Booked Deluxe river view room - 2 double BED - - Offered suite upgrade but with no view. Turned it down
Early check in - Needed but room was not ready
Late check out - 4pm - not used

Amenity - $100 dining. Used at Pelham's.

We arrived at around 2/3pm. The room was not ready until around 4:30. Had to wait in a "business lounge" with minimal amenity. No one came to inform us. I had to ask the lounge attendant
Pelham's is reasonably priced for a michelin star restaurant. But in China it is definitely not within the reasonable price range of any normal person. Being a Hilton Diamond member also somehow gave me 15% off dining charges.
Mediocre gym for a 5 star hotel.
