I have no negative sentiments about connections because I think there is a benefit to the passenger. But I don't think there's any savings to an originating pax.
Sorry, I think there's a misunderstanding and I missed this. I did answer your question - first by saying that connection pax could possibly benefit from this, and that other than making people feel special, I don't see benefits for originating out of YYZ. I was trying to be thorough in my response.
