Just finished up a weekend stay here. Overall, very nice but with some small nits.

Booked a regular King bed room and used 2 certificates for the stay. Checked app the day before arrival and was showing I had been upgraded to a suite. Mobile check in with an 8PM arrival, and no late checkout requested. When I checked in, I was downgraded back to a regular King bed. It did have a balcony and overlooked the pool area, with great view of mountains as well.

I think the clerk thanked me for being Ambassador (I was pretty tired), but really no other recognition over the stay. Given daily voucher for full buffet breakfast in restaurant. No lounge.
Was also given a chit for $10 F&B, but turned back in and asked for the points instead.

Staff was very friendly and genuine, including the best wait staff for buffet restaurant I have had in a long time.
Buffet was adequate, with omelette station.

Room was generally fine, but TV seemed to have more limited channel selection then I am used to (No NBCSN for Premiere League ) and not many HD channels.
AC was strong, bed comfortable, Didn't spend any time at the pool, but looked inviting and well maintained.

Location is good. Walk-able to downtown, and VERY close to the airport. Great shuttle service (free). Very prompt and friendly.
