I only keep the card for the unlimited priority pass (gets in wife and kids) - given the fee reimbursements. Everything else is nice (I've used the $100 VDB a few times, fewer and fewer flights have gogo internet) but not critical.
Ultimately, I'd keep it for a $350 airfare benefit and a Priority Pass for 2 guests + additional family members. Not worth keeping for just the airfare though.
