I don't think so. Per the old SPG rules: "Eligible Rates, food and beverage (excluding alcoholic beverage purchases where prohibited by law), direct dialed telephone and direct-dialed in-room fax, laundry/valet, and in-room movies and video games only. " Those are the only charges you should have been receiving points for. All other charges were supposed to be excluded. Of course, that doesn't mean "accidents" happen and you get points when you were supposed to.

As an SPG Plat I stayed a couple of times at the Swan and/or the Dolphin hotels and had purchased park tickets at the concierge. I don't remember ever getting points from the hotel itself for those charges.
