Question Where is the best place to meet someone at SFO Int. Terminal?
I am flying into SFO from London next week, arriving at 3.50pm.

I have never flown into SFO before and am meeting my girlfriend who has just moved to the city. At IAD we usually just keep an eye out for eachother but am not sure how easy this is at SFO Arrivals. Any places people can recommend if we happen to miss eachother
