He seems like a micro manager but this is a start-up, he actually knows his stuff (flying, maintenance, married an FA, running BR) and passionate about the business. So, it is understandable he is so involved with all the details right now.

It seems he thinks innovation, quality and service will help him beat the competitors. People are even saying he is starting a Taiwanese EK (or QR or EY or SQ).

If the world economy collapses and/or cross-strait relationship gets worse, it is going to be even more challenging for him.
