I'd find this risky on a domestic T5 connection to a Long Haul flight.... Short Haul not so bad as they normally go from T5A where you'll be B or C for the PHL. Coming in on domestic there's no security to clear, just compliance BP check then transit to 5B or C, you'll have the security complication - fast track can be 5 mins, it can be 20. Any delay on your GVA-LHR is going to have you sweating.
