You wrote a brilliant letter. Thanks for sharing. I realize now more than ever that you really have to be so careful where you choose to stay and in what room. I am grateful for forums like this as well as epinions.com and trip advisor.
I research and research. I love the Four Seasons, but I am also getting jaded. Sometimes just because we see the name FS, we think it has to be good. Well, as you have witnessed, it is not always true.
