Last week I flew YYC to PSP on an 800 and it had ovens and hot food (my pic from the flight). On the return flight it was in a 700 but we were not served meals as they forgot to cater the flight. We were offered snacks from the regular cart.
How do you forget to cater a flight that is planed months ahead of time.
